The breakfast was fabulous, with a flawless buffet and delicious cappuccinos. The staff were very nice and went above and beyond to take care of our needs. The hotel was conveniently located, with multiple tram lines and close proximity to the city center. The room was spotless and had a gorgeous view of the surroundings, including the famous cathedral.

It's just a short ride from the city center, making it convenient for exploring. The staff was exceptional, providing top-notch service and going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities like LCD TVs and a mini fridge. the AC worked great, which was a relief during the summer months. the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed during our stay. the location was convenient, with a tram stop just around the corner that took us directly into the city center in just 20 minutes.
That the hotel was located a bit outside the city center, but we were aware of this beforehand. the tram made it easy to get to the main attractions.

Nice service, big clean room, quiet block, near bus station, supermarket in 15mins walk. Excellent staff. Went above & beyond to take care of our needs. Offered to wash our clothing for free. Walking distance to grocery stores, amazing coffee shop, ethnic restaurants. Lovely view of the Cathedral and downtown.
